The new KT Drifter 5 Pro Carbon – the same board shape as the ever reliable Drifter 5 but in the extra lightweight KT Pro Carbon construction.
The KT Drifter 5 has slightly evolved this year – with slightly longer and narrower proportions to improve glide, efficiency and take off. This allows the board to accelerate faster in lulls and gusty winds while maintaining a stable and balanced standing area in choppy water. Ideal for riders looking for a wider platform than the narrower midlengths or downwind shapes offer.
The KT Drifter 5 cuts through chop, hides the volume and helps with water starts without sacrificing balance. With new redesigned bottom contours, rail transitions and volume distribution the result is a compact stable yet efficient and enjoyable foilboard.
The KT Pro Carbon construction gives you the rider strength and stiffness at a minimal weight. Built with an extra lightweight EPS core, wrapped in a full carbon high density exoskeleton and finished with biaxial and unidirectional carbon in a high density sandwich for rigidity and impact resistance. Sizes 44 and 52 come in Sandwich Carbon while sizes 60+ are Dual Core.
