What

• Start time is 09:00 > 5pm. 1 day course
• Minimum requirements – need to be on the foil staying upwind

Kit

• Please bring your own gear, including winter suits, helmets, impact vests, gloves & hood
• You can also rent gear from 2XS (50% off the day rate) – foil kit to hire is from Duotone and KT – this will need to be prebooked to guarantee gear on the day.

*Car parking can be booked through the West Wittering car park website

At 2XS we have changing rooms, showers and full jet ski safety cover.

Structure of course:

Morning – this will be a flatwater session – including gear set up / tuning upwind / gybes / tacks / foot placement / using straps

Afternoon – open sea session – to include gear set up / launching and landing safely / riding in chop / catching first waves / front wing choice

If your gybing and tacking is good then we can introduce you to more advanced tacking and gybing and add tweaks to what you already know; same goes for the open sea session where we can offer more advanced options.

There will be video and picture feedback.
